When I want to eat something, I'll probably choose savory rather than sweet food. Oven-baked burgers are easy to prepare and you don't need to do a lot. After half an hour you may hear your first crispy bite. There are many variants of serving: you can pack them in a vegan lunch box (work, school), serve with your favourite toppings or simply take them as a snack.
Ingredients:
- 100 ml uncooked millet
- 175 g red beans canned
- 200 g tofu naturalnego

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 łyżeczki marjoram
- 1 tsp died onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
Instructions:
- Rinse millet in a fine sieve.
- Add millet to a pot and pour 250 ml water.
- Simmer about 20 minutes.
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix them together.
- Shape each a patty about 1 cm wide (wet your hands for better shaping).

- Turn the burgers and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite toppings.
