When I want to eat something, I'll probably choose savory rather than sweet food. Oven-baked burgers are easy to prepare and you don't need to do a lot. After half an hour you may hear your first crispy bite. There are many variants of serving: you can pack them in a vegan lunch box (work, school), serve with your favourite toppings or simply take them as a snack.

  • 100 ml uncooked millet
  • 175 g red beans canned
  • 200 g tofu naturalnego
  • 5 dry tomatoes in oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  •  1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 łyżeczki marjoram
  • 1 tsp died onion
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour

  1. Rinse millet in a fine sieve.
  2. Add millet to a pot and pour 250 ml water.
  3. Simmer about 20 minutes.
  4. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix them together.
  5. Shape each a patty about 1 cm wide (wet your hands for better shaping).
  6. Bake in the oven 200 C/392 F - 15 minutes.
  7. Turn the burgers and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve with your favourite toppings.
