KALE PESTO



If I hear the word "kale" I immediately think it's very healthy. Kale dishes are not only healthy, but also very appetizing. There are already a few recipes on the blog using these weirdly twisted leaves.

What can you do with kale?

I'm sure it's not the end of my countdown ...

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of kale
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a few leaves of fresh basil
  • 10 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

  1. Toast the nuts on a stove. Set aside to cool down.
  2. Put the kale on a strainer and pour boiling water over it. Cool down.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind them into a pesto.
  4. Use kale pesto to pasta, groats, rice, sandwiches, etc.
