Ingredients:

- 10 olives
- 1 carrot

- parsley
- a few leaves of lettuce
- soy sauce
- rice paper
Instructions:
- Cut carrot, pepper, cucumber into thin sticks.
- Slice the avocado.
- Soak rice paper in hot water until completely soft and flexible.
- Lay hydrated rice wraps on a hard surface.
- Lay the julienned vegetables down in the middle of the wrap.
- Roll the wrap.
- Dip into soy sauce.
