COCONUT SMOOTHIE WITH FOREST FRUITS AND GINGER

 


I always have a pack of frozen forest fruits in my freezer. I use them for cakes, desserts and of course smoothies. A fragrant glass full of vitamins and flavours raise me at once. Enjoy your smoothie!

Ingredients:

(portion for 2)
  • 1 glass of frozen forest fruits and a few for decoration
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • 200 ml coconut drink
  • 1 tsp maple/date syrup (on top)

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix them until smooth.
  2. Add a few fruits on top.
  3. Pour the syrup over the smoothie.
