When I crave something sweet, but really don't want to stay in the kitchen for a long time, I choose this simple recipe. The cookies are soft, fragrant and chocolate, just perfect. They can be gluten-free if you use the right oatmeal.

(17 cookies)
  • 100 g of dark, vegan chocolate
  • 100 g of oatmeal
  • 125 g of banana
  • 25 g vegan margarine (can be coconut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground linseed plus 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Chop chocolate and  set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the linseeds with water and set aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Put oatmeal, sliced banana, soft margarine, linseed "egg" and baking soda into a blender. Mix.
  5. Add the chopped chocolate and stir with a spoon.
  6. Place the dough balls and flatten them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper  (in my case, the cookies are about 5 cm in diameter).
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  8. Wait for them to cool down and just trying !!!!
