ALMOND COINTREAU PRALINES



A simple recipe that results in such spectacular balls. It encourages me to cook and experiment in the kitchen. Four ingredients are enough and the pralines are ready. If I make them for small children, I give up the orange Cointreau liqueur :)

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of almonds
  • 200 g of fresh dates
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 10 ml of Cointreau orange liqueur
  • any sprinkles

Ingredients:

  1. Grind the almonds into flour (I use a Thermomix).
  2. Add the rest of above ingredients and mix. Check if the mass is sticky and it is possible to form a ball without any problems. If not, add a little water.
  3. Shape into balls and sprinkle with any toppings.
  4. Keep it in the refrigerator.
