HUMMUS WITH DRIED TOMATOES AND BLACK SEEDS


Sometimes I want to eat breakfast without bread. Hummus is a great idea for this. It's nutritious, it's tasty, and I can eat it with spoons. Why not? Add your favourite vegetables and a simple breakfast is ready ... and how it tastes ... mmmm

Ingredients:

  • 175 g chickpea
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • water
in addition: black seeds, tomato, cucumber, basil

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients to a blender (except for water). Blend.
  2. Add some water and blend until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle black seeds and basil.
  4. Serve with tomato, cucumber and your favourite vegetables.
