CHRISTMAS AND CHOCOLATE

I have collected my favourite chocolate recipes here that remind me of Christmas. Soon the chocolate-cinnamon scent will appear in our homes ... Gingerbread with plum jam. Chocolate apple pancakes. COINTREAU PRALINES

Pralines, truffles, chocolates are my weakness. A bit of alcohol emphasises their delicious flavour. For me, espresso and praline are the perfect touch of the day. Chocolates will surely be a unique table decoration.  They can be prepared a few days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

GINGERBREAD WITH PLUM JAM

There is no Christmas without gingerbread !!! This year I made a delicious plum jam, which I used for this cake. Gingerbread can be baked and frozen in advance to have more time before Christmas.

CHOCOLATE APPLE PANCAKES

Pancakes - perfekt daily breakfast. It's also good idea to bake a few pancakes for the Christmas table. It can be a lifeline for some fussy eaters:)
