There is never too much chocolate! Morning coffee with a small chocolate cookie is the perfect start to the day. Chocolate also reminds me of Christmas, so I usually bake cookies in advance and freeze them. Do you smell this captivating scent? Yes, these are my cookies ...


175 g of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
125 g of margarine (soft)
50 g of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of linseed + 3 tablespoons of water
100 g of vegan chocolate, cut into small pieces


  1. Pour water over the linseed and wait about 10 minutes until it becomes "jelly" (it will be my "egg").
  2. Put flour, baking powder, sugar, "egg" and chopped margarine into the blender.
  3. Mix it until everything comes together.
  4. Add chopped chocolate and combine briefly.
  5. Form cookies about 3 - 5 cm in diameter.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees C.
  7. Set aside to cool down !!!
